SRINAGAR, Nov 18: Last evening’s encounter between militants and security forces at Hyderpora outskirts of the capital city has sprung yet another surprise regarding the death of the Lashkar-e-Toiba’s most prominent functionary in the Valley, known as Abu Talha Hazarwi.
