It is hereby notified for the information of general public that an open auction of the goods as detailed below in commodity-wise lots, shall take place at the sales tax check post Lakhanpur Distt. Kathua (J&K on 23-05-1999 at 10.00 A.M. The successful bider shall deposit an additional amount equal to 20% of the value of the goods auctioned immediately on fall of the hammer, and shall pay the balance amount of the bid within three days of the auction and then the goods shall be delivered to him. If the bidder fails to pay the balance amount within the prescribed time limit the goods auctioned shall not be delivered to him and the earnest money deposited by him shall be fore-feited to the Govt.

3. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reasons.

4. The Sales Tax leviable under J&K GST Act, 1962 shall be charged on spot in addition to the bid amount.

5. Other terms and conditions, if any, shall be announced on spot at the time of auction.

The goods to be auctioned can be inspected in the office of the undersigned on any working day before the date of the auction.
