Sealed tenders affixed with Rs 1/- Revenue stamp are invited for on behalf of the Governor'' of Jammu and Kashmir State from reputed contractors for supply of following dietary articles for indoor patients :
1. Tea lipton per cup
2. Bread 40 grm per slice.
3. Rice 250 grm, raw Rice per plate.
4. Dal all kinds (cooked from 175 grm raw dal) Per P.
5. Vegetable seasonal (Cooked from 175 gm raw veg) P. Plate
6. Meat Sheep/Goat Fresh (cooked with 75 grm raw meat) per plate.
7. Ege boiled hen per egg.
8. Milk (Cow/Buffalo) 32 degree per kg.

The tenders must reach in the office of the U/s by or before 21 days from the date of issue of this notice, accompanied with earnest money of Rs 15000/- (fifteen Thousand) in the shape of CDR from any Nationalised Bank with its branch at Doda.
