Surgeon against the post of B.Grade Gynaecologist as per this office Order No: 1191-G of 1997 dated 22-12-1997; and Whereas, Block Medical Officer, Katra vide his Letter No. BMO/CHC/K/263-64 dated 27-10-1999 has reported that said Dr Sanjana Rambal is on authorised absence from duty w.e.f. 6-3-1999; and Whereas, neither the said doctor has applied for any kind of leave nor she has joined at her place of posting, thus causing a great inconvenience to public of areas as well as hospital authorities; and Whereas, unauthorised absence from duty can loss the appointment under Art 128 J&K CSR Vol I.
