It is hereby notified for information of Mr. Mohd Ajaz Junior Assistant of this office that he is absent from duty for the last about 3 months as he had proceeded on one month's Earned Leave and there after neither he extended the leave nor resumed his duties. He has been summoned twice by this office on his home address to resume his duty but the said summons have received back in this Office un-delivered from the postal authority with the reason that he (Mr. Mohd Ajaz) is not at station. Since his whereabouts are not known and as such, he is informed through this notice to join his duties with in 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Newspaper otherwise, recommendations for termination of his service will be made to the Higher authorities. Jammu Whereas, Dr Sanjana Rambal was appointed as an Assistant Surgeon as per Govt. Order No. 710-HME of 1997 dated 12-8-1997 and was posted at CHC Katra as Asstt. Surgeon against the post of B.Grade Gynaecologist as per this office Order No: 1191-G of 1997 dated 22-12-1997; and Whereas, Block Medical Officer, Katra vide his Letter No. BMO/CHC/K/263-64 dated 27-10-1999 has reported that said Dr Sanjana Rambal is on authorised absence from duty w.e.f. 6-3-1999; and Whereas, neither the said doctor has applied for any kind of leave nor she has joined at her place of posting, thus causing a great inconvenience to public of areas as well as hospital authorities; and Whereas, unauthorised absence from duty can loss the appointment under Art 128 J&K CSR Vol I. Keeping in view of above, Dr Sanjana Rambal Assistant Surgeon through this notice is hereby directed to join at her place of posting within 21 days positively failing which it will be presumed that you have nothing to say in your defence and action as warranted under rules will be initiated against you.
