Fake Astrologers Now the question arises as to who is bringing discredit to this noble subject of astrology. In my opinion, it is the fake and humbug astrologers now-a-days who want cheap popularity who want to become rich immediately. The importance of astrology as the only natural science capable of helping the individual, society and the nation is beyond doubt. Its scope is immense. It can help in medicine, politics, agriculture, meteorology and psychology provided in is handled by a learned, competent astrologers. It is very sad that competent and knowledgeable astrologers have sunk into oblivion and foregetfulness and in their place fake astrologers have come to the fore to befool and hoodwink the illiterate and gullible. As there are different grades of teachers, engineers, lawyers an doctors so are there different grades of astrologers. From an overseer to a Chief Engineer, all deal with engineering problems. But what a difference exists between each of them! This is the fate of those who have had certain kind of training under the feet of a Guru. What will become of those astrologers who have had no training anywhere and simply had read 4/5 books on astrology at their residences and started giving predictions? These predictions will automatically be wrong and thus discredit will come to astrology. Now another thing has come in the field of astrology and that is mechanical computer. The mechanical computer is totally incapable of displaying the power of analysis and synthesis, sense of values and discretion, which are so necessary for evaluating human life anywhere near truth. Today, in the predictive field, the computer plays the role of a monkey at the hands of its trainer; it may be fun to the rich, but tears to the needy or is it a garland at the hands of a monkey. Of course, like an efficient servant, the computer can help the human astrologer to prepare the chart quickly but to use it for prediction, is like asking that servant to enter one's harm. Conceptually and ethnically computer prediction is indefensible and morally it is prostitution of the science, especially AT THE HANDS OF A FAKE AND HUMBUG ASTROLOGER of which there is no dearth now a days. Each one of us is a unique conscious being a divine creation. And the horoscope can bring this uniqueness into clear forms. And this would be possible only when we go a competent, efficient and knowledgeable astrologer and NOT TO A FAKE AND HUMBUG ASTROLOGER WHO IS DEMENTED WITH THE MANIA OF OBTAINING SOMETHING FROM SOMEWHERE. The subject of astrology is a divine science, the calibre of the astrologer varies in proportion to his spiritual achievements. It cannot be proved in the sense of proving a chemical or physical formula. Nor is it a hypothesis since it deals intimately with human problems, human pleasures and human sorrows, it is essentially different from other branches of science. Therefore, the astrologer must possess what is called NIRNAYA BUDDHI which involves not merely astute reasoning and reconciliation but also vision or intuition. Fake and humbug
astrologers have no depth of knowledge and the
intellectual capacity required to make predictions. It
may be that many people practise it indifferently. There
are many quacks and humbugs who merely seek to make a
living by deceiving the gullible and illiterate people,
just as in anywalk of life. It has been truly said by a
great philosopher that THE MAN WHO CONCERNS HIMSELF WITH
WHAT IS NOT HIS CONCERN COMES TO GRIEF AND BRINGS GRIEF
