SRINAGAR, Oct 25: One-and-a-half years after the exposure of Rs 20 crore embezzlement in Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Kupwara, during the proceedings of the District Development Board meeting at Kupwara, Vigilance Organisation today conducted simultaneous raids on the premises and offices of nine engineers. One Executive Engineer and one Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) were arrested while all other accused officials have gone into hiding....more
