encounter in Srinagar outskirts From Ahmed Ali Fayaz SRINAGAR, Nov 13: In the worst ever setback of the last 5 years while combating insurgency in Kashmir valley, Border Security Force (BSF) today suffered considerable damage as the pro-Pakistan Hizbul Mujahideen militants killed the Commanding Officer, a Sub Inspector (SI) and a soldier of 60 battalion in yet another fierce encounter in the capital city outskirts here.
