SRINAGAR, Nov 11: With the foreign militants trying to re-establish base in the capital city outskirts here after a pause of three years, security forces today conducted yet another successful operation and eliminated three ‘commanders’ of the pan-Islamic Lashkar-e-Toiba in Nowgam locality. While as all the three were believed to be the residents of Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK), another "foreigner" got killed in an encounter with Border Security Force (BSF) at Arin, Bandipora, in north Kashmir.....more
