SRINAGAR, Nov 7: While as a militant, believed to be a foreigner, got killed in a fierce encounter with Border Security Force (BSF) and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police at Bandipora this evening, militants gunned down a constable of J&K Armed Police (JKAP) as also two ex-militants in Kashmir valley since last evening.
