SRINAGAR, Nov 5: While as militants today subjected an Army convoy to an IED attack at Hartrath near Pattan and left 5 jawans injured, the troops in retaliation tortured the civilians around and allegedly torched at least 10 shops. At least 12 people have been reported injured, one of them seriously. In yet another incident, the dead body of a village headman, who had been reportedly lifted by Army on Monday last, was recovered today in Rafee-abad area of Baramulla district.. ...........more
