SAMBA, Apr 25: Ramgarh Police has seized 94 bags of cement which were being taken in a tractor trolley for sale in black late last night.
However the driver of the trolley managed to flee. The Ramgarh Police has registered a case but no arrest was made so far. Police is investigating the matter.
