7 Accountants, 142 AAOs regularized as Members of JKSAS

JAMMU, July 27: Government has ordered regularization of Incharge Accountants and Incharge Assistant Accounts Officers as Members of the Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service (JKSAS), Class-II Accountants and Class-I Assistant Accounts Officers.
According to the order, consequent upon qualifying the SAC-I and SAC-II examination and the Departmental Promotion Committees meeting, sanction has been accorded to 7 Incharge Accountants and 142 Incharge Assistant Accounts Officers as Members of the Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service, Class-II Accountants and Class-I Assistant Accounts Officers.
The regularization of these officials shall be without prejudice to the seniority of the Incharge Accountants and Incharge Assistant Accounts Officers, who could not be regularized for administrative reasons and will be subject to outcome of the writ petition0s), if any, pending before any Court of Law or any other order already passed but not brought to the notice of the Departmental Promotion Committee.
