69th Republic Day celebrated with patriotic fervour, zeal

JAMMU, Jan 27: The 69th Republic Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and zeal.
Chamber of Commerce and Industry celebrated 69th Republic Day. Rajesh Gupta, Senior Vice President Chamber of Commerce and Industry unfurled the National Flag which was followed by singing of National Anthem. Rajeev Gupta , Junior Vice President CCI, Manish Gupta, Secretary General CCI, Ashu Gupta, Treasurer CCI and many others were present on the occasion.
On the occasion of the 69th Republic Day, a function was held in the office of Chamber of Traders Federation (CTF) in which Neeraj Anand, President, CTF unfurled the National Flag in presence of Attar Singh, Chander Gulati, Parveen Gupta, Dinesh Gupta, etc.
Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha celebrated Republic Day at Mahajan Bhawan, Shalamar Road, Jammu. Romesh Chander Gupta, President of the Sabha along with chief patrons, patrons and office bearers hoisted the National Flag.
Dogra Sadar Sabha celebrated 69th Republic Day with immense zeal and fervor. Gulchain Singh Charak, Former Minister and President DSS hoisted the National Flag amidst children chanting National Anthem. Colonel Karan Singh Jamwal, Prem Sagar Gupta, Syed Amanat Ali Shah and many others were present on the occasion.
To celebrate the 69th Republic Day, Dogra Brahman Sabha, Parade organized a function in the premises of the Sabha, wherein President of the DBPS Ved Parkash Sharma hoisted National Flag in the presence of prominent members of the Sabha. Pt Varinder Mohan Magotra, Advocate PC Sharma, Satya Nand Sharma, Shiv Ram Sharma and many others were present on the occasion.
69th Republic Day was celebrated by Mohallah Welfare Committee with enthusiasm at Bharat Nagar, Talab Tillo under the convernship of Manohar Lal Gupta. The National Flag was hoisted by SSP SS Kotwal and Incharge Talab Tillo Police Post SI Sumeet Sharma. Varioous cultural programmes were presented by the children. A formal welcome address was presented by Goverdhan Sharma, Vice President, while Satish Manhas (AD) briefed the audience about the importance of the day. In the end, Sham Lal Gupta, President vote of thanks.
Janipur Residents Welfare Association celebrated Republic Day at Ward Number 37, Janipur Colony. On the occasion, Vinakshi Koul, Assistant Commissioner JMC was the chief guest, who hoisted the National Flag in presence of Rajinder Puri, General Secretary, Vikas Gupta, Organizing Secretary, Adarash Sangra, Parshotam Verma, Dr JP Gupta, Prof BB Kapoor, Parmod Sharma, etc.
69th Republic Day was celebrated at Bharat Nagar, Talab Tillo with patriotic fervour. The celebrations commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by reciting of patriotic poems and singing of patriotic songs by children of all the sectors of Bharat Nagar and Tirath Nagar. The importance of the day was explained by President, Bharat Nagar Residents Welfare Association HR Gupta and General Secretary Vinay Gupta. Among others present were Sudesh Gupta, Pawan Gupta, Ashok Gupta, KK Khajuria, Ramesh Raina, Jia Lal, Moti Lal Raina, etc.
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Welfare Society, Rajiv Nagar Narwal celebrated Republic Day. Director School Education Ravinder Singh was the chief guest, while CEO was the guest of honour. On the occasion, children presented cultural item. Chandra Gupta, Secretary of the society presented the welcome address. Kailash Gupta, Vice President, Indra Rathore and other members of the society were present on the occasion. In the end, Joint Secretary Sukriti Choudhary presented vote of thanks.
All India Confederation of SC, ST and OBC Organizations celebrated Republic Day with the down trodden people at Bantalab. RK Kalsotra State President of the Confederation along with Kamlesh Chand and Javid Wattal addressed the gathering.
Republic Day was celebrated with great  patriotic Zeal and gaiety at Gandhi Memorial College Of Education, Raipur, Bantalab Jammu. Dr Satesh Bhan General Secretary (HESK),Shri S.k Raina (M.F. HESK), Prof. G L koul (E.B.HESK), Prof. Savita Raina (E.B.HESK) M K Jalali (E B HESK) Principal (GMCEJ) Prof Satish Talashi, Prof H L Misri along with students and staff, unfurled the tricolor which was followed by the National Anthem.
Traders Union Rani Park celebrated Republic day. The tricolour was unfurled by DC Raina, Ex-Advocate along with Ashok Gupta, President of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena. President of the Association Romesh Chander, General Secretary Kuldeep Shukla and Election Commissioner of the Association Brij Mohan were also present.
69th Republic Day was celebrated at Balgran, Channi Rama. Shamsher Singh Manhas, Member Parliament Rajya Sabha hoisted the National Flag in presence of distinguished guest, donors, members, ex-inmates of the Balgran and children of Bal Bharti Public School. A colourful cultural programme was opresented by the children of the Balgran. Earlier, AK Khajuria, President of the Balgran presented the welcome address, while VK Raina, Honorary Secretary Balgran presented vote of thanks.
Dogra Sadar Sabha Bishnah Unit celebrated the Republic Day. On the occasion, a large number of people from border belt and Ex-Sarpanches, Panches, Lambardars and Chowkidars participated in the function. Gulchain Singh Charak, Former Minister and President DSS hoisted the National Flag.
69th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour by Indian Army and local population at various places in districts of Poonch and Rajouri. Army units in conjunction with various schools and civil administration organized numerous events to instill a sense of pride in the local populace as Indian citizens. The functions were organised at various schools and colleges at Daraba, Jhullas, Thanamandi, Manjakote, Sankari, Keri, Sabargali, Army Goodwill School, Potha and all army camps.
In a programme held at Bhour Camp, Aadarsh Bhartiya Samaj celebrated 69th Republic Day. Ex Hav Shiv Ram hoisted the National Flag in presence of Col (Retd) RK Sharma, Chairman ABS, Daljeet Singh, President, Col (Retd) Amolak Ram Sharma, Dr Charanjeet Sharma, etc.
69th Republic day was celebrated with unprecedented zeal, enthusiasm and gaiety in various parts of Ramban district. Army based at Nachlana conducted multifarious activities with an aim of building National Integration among the locals and youth.
69th Republic Day was celebrated by Youth Mohalla Welfare Committee. MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma was the chief guest, who hoisted the National Flag in presence of a large number of people Wazir Lane, Ward Number 41, Talab Tillo Bohri. MLA honoured Dr Inderjeet Bakshi, President, Durga Mandir Committee for his outstanding work done for the welfare of the Mandir Committee in particular. DD Sharma, Jatinder Khajuria, Vinod Wazir and many others were present on the occasion.
Republic Day was celebrated at village Gurha Brahmama, tehsil Akhnoor by Village Sanitation Committee with patriotic fervour. On the occasion, the National Flag was unfurled by Ex-Headmaster OP Deepak in presence of large number of people.
Kranti Dal celebrated 69th Republic Day with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm at Sharika Vihar Lower Roop Nagar. State President Kranti Dal Pritam Sharma unfurled the National Flag along with other party members and locals.
Sulabh International Social Service Organization, Jammu and Kashmir celebrated the 69th Republic Day at Trikuta Nagar, wherein the National Flag was hoisted by Vishwanath Singh. The Organization also organized the cultural programme in the premises of Shiv Mandir Sector-3 Trikuta Nagar to mark the celebration of Republic Day, wherein the National Flag was unfurled by Anil Kumar Singh, Honorary Controller of the Organization in presence of SC Verma President, Shiv Mandir Sector-3 Trikuta Nagar and Dr Pankaj Mehta Assistant Professor CUJ.
Janipur Market Association celebrated Republic Day, wherein the President of the Association RC Bali hoisted National Flag on in presence of Raman Bakshi, ML Puri, Surinder, Dr Sharma, Sunil Bhasin, Babbi, Narotam, Vijay Kumar, Navneet, Sanjeev, Pawan, Prakash, Shambunath, Shekhar and many others.
Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan organized a function to celebrate Republic Day. The function was inaugurated by Sajjad Poonchi, President All India Cultural Association, Poonch by unfurling the National Flag in presence of ML Dogra, Former Regional Director Song and Drama Division, JK Parihar, Former Music Instructor, Song and Drama Division, MC Kotwal General Secretary of BLSKS, Iqrar Mohammad, renowned  Folk Singer of Gulam Mohammad and Party, etc. An impressive traditional cultural program was presented by the students of Music and Computer Institution, artists of BLSKS and Sangam Tru Art Production.
Bharat Vikas Parishad, Bahu and Trikuta Nagar Branches celebrated Republic Day. On the occasion, KL Gupta, Retd Chief Engineer was the chief guest, who unfurled the National Flag in presence of Purshotam Gupta, President and office bearers of the Parishad.
Senior Citizen’s Rejuvenation Centre celebrated Republic Day. President Bal Krishan Gupta and General Secretary Dr Ashok Kalsotra along with members and guests hoisted the National Flag.
On the occasion of Republic Day, president Jammu Welfare Organization KL Gupta hoisted National Flags in different areas of main Chowk Roop Nagar, Durga Nagar, Sharika Vihar and Lower Roop Nagar. The main function was held at Panjtirthi Tawi.
All Jammu and Kashmir Christian Forum, J&K celebrated Republic Day at Ambphalla Chowk near District Jail Jammu. Markes Gill, State President of the Forum unfurled the National Flag in presence of Rev Isaac Bhatti, Manga Masih, Yash Sotra, Mohan Masih, Vinay Sotra, Anil Matto, etc.
Bharat VIkas Parishad Gandhi Nagar Branch celebrated Republic Day at Shiva Ji Chowk, Nanak Nagar. Amita Sharma, Prant President hoisted the National Flag in presence of Dr Santosh Gupta, Regional Secretary, SN Sharma, Prant Patron, Vijay Sharma, Senior Prant Executive, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, President of the branch, Dr Ashok Kumar Kalsotra, Secretary, Jagjit Singh Isher, Finance Secretary, Bhopal Dutta, Chief Organizer, etc.
Water Works PHE Employees Association celebrated Republic Day at Company Bagh near Dogra Chowk. The National Flag was hoisted by Shiv Kumar Sharma, State President of INTUC along with Provincial President, which was followed by National Anthem.
To commemorate Republic Day, a function was held at Jagti Migrant Mini Township by the office bearers of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front. The National Flag was hoisted by Shadi Lal Pandita, President, Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front in presence of large number of people.
69 Republic Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety by the National Mazdoor Conference (NMC).
President of NMC Subash Shastri hoisted the National Flag in the presence of traders of Pacca Danga and Moti Bazar and a large number of people from different walks of life at Pacca Danga chowk. BS Jamwal, Ex DC Samba, Rajinder Kumar, Bawa Bhair Devsathan Trust General Secretary Ramesh Sharma, Rajan Babu Khajuria, Surinder Kumar, Parduman Raina, Baldev Raj, Pt Krishan Lal Sharma, and Sahil Sharma were also present on the occasion.
Lalded Women Welfare Society organized a nukkad play to celebrate Republic Day at Satwari. The play was written, composed and directed by Naveen Pal. The artists, who took part in the play were Naveen Pal, Parmodh Chowdhary, Santosh Basotra, Sunil Sharma and Jyoti.
Udhampur Development Council (UDC) organized a function to celebrate 69th Republic Day. On the occasion, Anil Paba, President UDC hoisted the National Flag in presence of Parvesh Parihar, General Secretary, Vikas Padha, Rakesh Padha and other party members.
Dogra Saddar Sabha Udhampur organized a function to commemorate Republic Day. On the occasion, Krishan Kumar, President DSS Udhampur District hoisted the National Flag in presence of Arvind Manhas, General Secretary, Sanjeev Sharma, Dr Kapil, Vikas Sharma, Rakesh Padha and other party members.
All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) celebrated Republic Day under the chairmanship of its President Desh Rattan Pandita at Jagti. On the occasion, Harsh Dev Singh, Chairman, NPP was the chief guest, who hoisted the National Flag in presence of Manju Singh, Dr AK Koul, BL Koul, KS Bedi, Chandra Dhar, Daizy Bazaz, RL Sharma, etc. Children presented cultural items and sang patriotic songs.
The Batwals India, a social organization celebrated the 69th Republic Day with great honour at a function held in Village Dei Chack. The function was presided over by IDAS Officer (Retd) GR Kaith and attended by a large number community members hailing from in and outside J&K. On the occasion, the organization honoured the legendary living Sepoy Thoru Ram Lakhotra.
Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) District Udhampur celebrated Republic Day at PHE Station Barrian, in which large number of employees participated. On the occasion, Ashwani Anand, Superintending Engineer Hydraulic Circle Udhampur was the chief guest, who unfurled the National Flag in presence of Som Nath, District President, INTUC Udhampur, Ashok Kumar Sharma, Executive Engineer PHE Civil Division Udhampur and Sanjay Sharma, Executive Engineer PHE Mechanical Division Udhampur.
In connection with Republic Day celebrations, functions were held at Dream City Dharmal and Durga Nag Trust (DNT) Community Hall Barnai where the BJP District President, Jammu Rural, Omi Khajuria was the chief guest who unfurled the National Flag at both the places. The function at DNT was attended by Dr OP Nakashi, Avtar Krishan, Suresh Ji, BL Raina, ML Bhat, Mohan Lal, RL Wazir and Sushil Singh. The Tricolour was also hoisted by Former Sarpanch and social activist, Suraj Praksah Padha at Muthi on the occasion of Republic Day. At Jagti, Inder Ji Labroo hoisted National Flag in Lane No 25 on the occasion of Republic Day.
Republic Day was celebrated with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm by the locals of Mishriwala and Bazar Association who organized an impressive function in this regard. Social activist, religious preacher and custodian of Peer Ali Badshah Dargah, Baba Chanchal Singh, who was chief guest on the occasion, hoisted the National Flag and threw light on importance of the day. Sarpanch Bachni and Vikram Singh also spoke on the occasion.
In connection with Republic Day celebrations, Baba Chanchal Singh also unfurled National Flag at Pata Bohri, Beri Morh, Dharikhoo and other places where speeches on patriotism were also delivered by him
Tawi Vihar Residents Welfare Association, Sidhra celebrated Republic Day. On the occasion, Former MLC Vijay Bakaya unfurled the National Flag. Children presented cultural items and speeches. President TVRWA Sidhra BS Thakur and other prominent persons of the area were also present on the occasion.
Republic Day was celebrated at Lane No 6 Jagti, wherein the National Flag was hoisted by President NC Minority Cell MK Yogi.
To commemorate Republic Day, a function was organized at TRT Nagrota, wherein the National Flag was unfurled by PL Dhar, General Secretary, BJP Kashmir Displaced District.
