JAMMU, Feb 27: J&K Prajapati Sabha under the chairmanship of its President Ayoudhaya Kumar Manawa celebrated the 693rd Jayanti of Sant Gora Ji Maharaj, here today.
On the occasion, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member Parliament was the chief guest, while Rajesh Gupta, MLA Jammu East, Priya Sethi, MoS and Sat Pal Sharma, State President BJP were the guest of honour.
Swami Ram Muni Ji (Haridwar wale) delivered the religious discourse and threw light on the life and teachings of Sant Gora Ji Maharaj.
Jugal Kishore Sharma and Rajesh Gupta in their speeches assured all help to accomplish the ongoing work of the community hall.
Ayoudhaya Kumar Manawa advised the gathering to inculcate the sense of service for the society.
Among others, who spoke were Nag Nath Kumbhar, Balu Ji Raut and Mohan Ji Jagdale, all from Maharashtra, Jeet Singh Sangotra, Amar Chand, Madan Lal, Master Darshan Lal, Punnu Ram, Dr Komil, President Women Wing of the Sabha, GR Dafaara, Krishan Lal and Advocate Ajay.
The Sabha also felicitated the martyrs of Prajapati community, who made supreme sacrifice while fighting with militants.
