JAMMU, Sept 28: In a major reshuffle, the State Government today ordered transfers and postings of 67 SSPs and SPs.
According to the order, Sunil Gupta, SSP Jammu has been transferred and posted as SSP CID CI Kashmir, while Vivek Gupta, SSP CID CI Kashmir has been transferred and posted as SSP Jammu and Sargun Shukla, SP Traffic City Srinagar has been transferred and posted as SP Leh vice Udayabhaskar Billa, who will report to PHQ for further posting.
AK Mahajan, SO to ADGP HG, CD, SDRF J&K has been transferred and posted as CO IR-16th Battalion, while Abdul Rashid Bhat, CO IR-20th Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO JKAP-12th Battalion and Rajnesh Pran, SO to DIG JSK Range has been transferred and posted as CO JKAP-14th Battalion.
Javid Ahmad Koul, SSP (SS) CID Headquarters J&K has been transferred and posted as SSP Crime Branch, Kashmir and Shahid Mehraj Rather, SP Crime Branch, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as SSP PCR Srinagar.
Suhail Munawar Mir, SSP PCR, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as SO to IGP Kashmir Zone, while Dr Koshal Kumar Sharma, CO IR-11th Battalion has been transferred and posted as AIG (Welfare) PHQ and Parshotam Kumar Sharma, CO JKAP-6th Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO IR-1st Battalion.
Bakar Hussain Samoon, CO JKAP-12th Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO IR-20th Battalion, while Sanjay Kumar Kotwal, SSP, awaiting orders of posting at PHQ has been posted as SO to IGP Armed/IR, Jammu and Anil Kumar Katoch, CO JKAP-14th Battalion has been transferred and posted as Principal STC Talwara.
Shabir Ahmed Malik, SSP, awaiting orders of posting has been posted as SO to ADGP HG, CD, SDRF, J&K while Tej Ram Katoch, CO IR-1st Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO JKAP-5th Battalion and Mohammad Farid, CO JKAP-5th Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO JKAP-6th Battalion.
Pawan Kumar Parihar, SSP, awaiting orders of posting at PHQ has been posted as SO to DIG JSK Range, while Altaf Hussain Khan, CO IR-16th Battalion has been transferred and posted as CO IR-11th Battalion and Tahir Saleem Khan, SO to IGP Armed/IR Kashmir has been transferred and posted as SP Traffic City Srinagar.
Meanwhile, Amod Nagpure Ashok, Additional SP Budgam has been transferred and posted as SP Hazratbal, while Atul Sharma, Additional SP Nowshera has been transferred and posted as Additional SP PCR Jammu and Shiv Deep Singh Jamwal, Additional SP Ganderbal has been transferred and posted as Additional SP Rural Jammu.
Rohit Baskotra, Additional SP Traffic Jammu has been transferred and posted as SP SSG, while Shabir Nawab, SP, awaiting orders of posting has been posted as SO to DIG CKR Srinagar and Manjit Kour, Deputy CO IR-1st Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO IR-15th Battalion.

Ajay Kumar, Deputy CO IR-19th Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO IR 1st Battalion, while Paramjeet Singh, Deputy CO IR-14th Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO JKAP-4th Battalion and Mohammad Younis Bhat, Deputy CO IR-3rd Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO IR-6th Battalion.
Yogesh Sharma, Deputy CO IR-14th Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO IR-1st Battalion, while Al-Tahir Geelani, SP SSG has been transferred and posted as Additional SP APCR, Srinagar and Prithipal Singh, Deputy CO JKAP-4th Battalion has been transferred and posted as Deputy CO IR-14th Battalion.
