JAMMU, Feb 5: The 640th birth anniversary of Ravi Dass Maharaj will be celebrated by All J&K Shree Guru Ravi Dass Sabha in the premises of Gurdwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, Krishna Nagar on February 10.
Bhajan kirtan will start at 12 noon and conclude at 3 pm. Rich tributes will be paid to great guru by religious, political and social leaders. Renowned singers of J&K will pay tributes through bhajans.
While speaking, Piran Ditta, President of the Sabha informed that on February 8 a grand shobha yatra will be taken out at 11 am from Gurdwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, Krishna Nagar, which will pass through various areas and will culminate at starting point.
He requested all the branches of the Sabha at village, block, tehsil and district level to participate in the shobha yatra.
Among others present were Raj Pal Hans, Madan Lal Banila, Raj Kumar, Badri Nath, Mulkh Raj, SS Basson, Banarsi Digra, Darshan Angral, etc.
