JAMMU, April. 12 : 5th Baisakhi Cricket premier league will starts from 13th of April at Parade Ground, here.
This was informed by Rajesh Gill former Ranji Player and Coordinator of the event through a press statement.
The cricket league on the occasion of Baisakhi will be organized under by J&K Sports Promoters Club in collaboration with District Police Jammu. The objective of the league is to promote communal harmony and brotherhood among the masses and the slogan of the league is ” Lets’ celebrate Baisakhi together through T20 Sport”.
The participating teams includes Road & Safety XI, JK Sports Promoters Club, Ahsaan Cricket XI, Media Cricket XI, Simula Sports Club, KC Sports Club, Youth Cricket Club, Khalsa Cricket Club, ICC Jammu and Shere Kashmir Cricket Club.
The Opening match of the league will be played between Road & Safety department Eleven and Ahsaan Cricket Club. Sunil Gupta SSP Jammu will be the Chief Guest on the occasion and Vinod Kumar SP City will be the Guest of Honour in the inauguration function.
