NEW DELHI, Sept 27: Mentha oil prices inched up by 0.14 per cent to Rs 1,150.90 per kg in futures market today after participants raised bets amid uptick in demand from consuming industries at the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, mentha oil for delivery in September edged higher by Rs 1.60, or 0.14 per cent to Rs 1,150.90 per kg in a business turnover of 120 lots.
Analysts said fresh position built up by traders following improved demand from consuming industries in the physical market against restricted arrivals from producing belts mainly helped mentha oil prices to trade higher at futures trade. (PTI)
