HCC wins contract worth Rs 810 crore

NEW DELHI, Aug 10:  Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) today said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 810 crore from Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation.
The contract is for construction of 93 MW (3×31 MW) New Ganderbal hydro power project on Sind River in central Kashmir on EPC basis. The work is to be completed in 48 months.
“Hindustan Construction Company has been awarded a contract worth Rs 810.37 crore contract by Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Ltd (JKSPDCL),” HCC said in a BSE filing.
Shares of HCC were trading 1.73 per cent higher at Rs 35.25 on the BSE. (PTI)
