JAMMU, Nov 20: High Court today ordered transfers and postings of five Judicial Officers in partial modification to its earlier order dated October 29, 2018.
According to the order issued by Registrar General Sanjay Dhar, Shujat Ali Khan, District and Sessions Judge, under transfer as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Pulwama, has been posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Budgam in place of Mohd Ibrahim Wani.
Mohd Ibrahim Wani, District & Sessions Judge, under transfer as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Budgam, has been posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama in place of Shujat Ali Khan.
Ritesh Kumar Dubey, District & Sessions Judge, under transfer as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri, has been posted as One Man Forest Authority against the available vacant post, on deputation basis.
Sudhir Kumar Khajuria, Civil Judge (Sr. Division)/Sub-Judge, under transfer as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh, has been posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar vice Bashir Ahmad Munshi, who has been posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh.
