By virtue of its uniqueness, the State has remained a sanctuary of a mixed and harmonised culture.  The State has produced a galaxy of philosophers, scholars, poets, historians, physicians, mathematicians and not a single branch of knowledge has been left untouched by them and this mental exercise has never cooled down but continues even at present.
