44 guests arrive from PoK

SRINAGAR, May 4:
As many as 44 guests from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) arrived here while seven Kashmiris cross to the other side of the Line of Control (LoC) at Kaman post, the last Indian military post on this side of the border.
Official sources said six returnees also cross sides at the post after crossing the Aman Setu peace bridge on foot this afternoon. They said 44 PoK residents, including 18 women and six children, arrived here to meet their relatives, separated in 1947 due to partition.
Meanwhile, two Kashmiris, who had gone to PoK, returned to their homes after completing stay across the border. Sources said seven Kashmiri residents, including five women, crossed over to PoK to meet their relatives.
Four PoK residents, who had come here in previous Karvan-e-Aman buses, also returned to their homes after completing stay here, they said, adding they included a woman. (UNI)
