KATHUA, Aug 4: Four labourers were rescued by police who were trapped in flash floods in Tarnaha Khad in Chakra area of Hiranagar tehsil of Kathua district tonight.
According to reports four labourers working on border road were trapped in flash floods in Tarnaha Khad tonight as they were working for late hours on the construction of road.
But they were rescued by Hiranagar Police who rushed to the spot and pressed in the services of a heavy crane in bringing them out from the Khad.
