4 injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Nov 22: Four persons were injured today in three separate road mishaps in different parts of Jammu region.
According to a police spokesperson, Duty Jan daughter of Ghulam Nabi Wani and Jasmeena Akhter daughter of Abdul Rahim, both residents of Sunny area of city outskirts got minor injuries when two mini-buses collided at Narwal area. They were immediately shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for treatment, he added.
He further said that no case was registered in this connection, as the both the parties (drivers of the vehicles) comprised on their own.
A man namely Farid Ali (28) son of Din Mohd, a resident of Rayaka (Bahu Fort) also got injured in a collision between a water tanker and a truck at Tikri area of city outskirts. He was shifted to GMCH for treatment. The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
In another road mishap at Tinda area of Bishnah, one Sumit Kumar (20) son of Amar Nath, a resident of Tinda (Bishnah) got injured when the bike he was riding on collided with another bike. The injured Sumit has been shifted to GMCH for treatment, where his condition is stated to be stable. The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
