SRINAGAR, June 11: Police arrested four drug peddlers and recovered 70.6 kilograms of poppy straw from their possession in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district today.
A Police spokesman said that after acting on specific information, Pulwama police headed by SDPO Litter, Ghulam Hassan apprehended four drug peddlers and recovered 70.6 kilograms of poppy straw from their possession at Lasipora area.
He said a case FIR number 10/2018 under NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Litter and investigation has been taken up.
