JAMMU, Apr 23: Gangyal police arrested four gamblers along with Rs 8680 stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Gangyal Police Station conducted raid and apprehended four gamblers along with Rs 8680 stake money and playing cards.
The arrested persons have been identified as Anil Ram, son of Danish Ram, Ashok Mehra, son of Lalu Mehra, Jagdev Mehra, son of Baghwan Mehra and Sonu Kumar, son of Nand Lal Mehra, all residents of Bihar, at present Gangyal Garden.
All the gamblers have been booked under Section 13 Gambling Act by Gangyal Police.
Police team led by SHO Gangyal SI Nayat Ali made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO South Mohammad Rafiq Manhas and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
