39 illegal occupants evicted from AIIMS Residential Campuses

NEW DELHI, Sept 16: During the ongoing eviction drive against unauthorized occupation of residential accommodation in AIIMS Residential Campuses, 39 houses have so far been vacated from the illegal occupants.
Dr Shakti Kumar Gupta, Medical Superintendent and Estate Officer AIIMS, has started this eviction drive in AIIMS Residential Campuses spread over Ansari Nagar East and West, Masjid Morh, and Ayurvigyan Nagar.
The drive was started in the month of March, 2014 and so far 39 houses have been got  vacated  after following due procedure of issuing Form A and Form B followed by personal hearing twice.
If any occupant does not vacate, Estate Officer AIIMS has all the Magisterial powers to issue directions to concerned SHO of respective area to get the premises forcibly vacated along with officials from Estate Deptt, Engineering and Security Officials from AIIMS.
The occupant is allowed to retain allotted house for 4 months after retirement and for 2 years after the death of husband working in AIIMS.
The eviction drive will continue till all the unauthorized occupants   either leave on their own or forcefully evicted from the premises.
