32 officers transferred, one promoted

JAMMU, June 6: Finance Department has ordered transfer and posting of 32 officers and promoted one another.
According to the orders, Ganesh Dutt, AAO, Directorate General of Audit and Inspections Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO PHE Division Samba, while Harbans Lal, AAO PHE Division Samba has been transferred and posted as AAO Directorate General of Audit and Inspections Jammu and Rakesh Kumar, AAO Block Development Office (BDO) Arnas has been transferred and posted as AAO Sewerage and Drainage Division Jammu.
Nirmal Tickoo, AAO, Sewerage and Drainage Division Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu, while Mohinder Kumar, AAO BDO Khoon has been transferred and posted as AAO PHE Mechanical Division Udhampur and Rajinder Singh, AAO PMGSY Division Udhampur has been transferred and posted as AAO Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Jammu.
Vinod Kumar Jotshi, AAO, Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO Pollution Control Board Jammu, while Ashwani Kumar, AAO Jammu Development Authority has been transferred and posted as AAO Irrigation Division Akhnoor and Narinder Kumar, AAO Irrigation Division Akhnoor has been transferred and posted as AAO Jammu Development Authority.
Daulat Ram Sharma, AAO J&K State Road Transport Corporation Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO Electric Maintenance and RE Division Kathua, while Anuradha, AAO Electric and Maintenance and RE Division Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO Municipal Council Kathua and Kuldeep Kumar, AAO Municipal Council Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO State Information Commission J&K.
Manzoor Ahmad, AAO State Information Commission has been transferred and posted as AAO Police Headquarters J&K, while Sanjay Sadhu, AAO Police Headquarters J&K has been transferred and posted as AAO Budget Division Finance Department and Shashpaul Singh, AAO, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of Director, Accounts and Treasuries Jammu has been posted as AAO PHE Mechanical (North) Division Jammu.
Raj Kumar, AAO PHE Mechanical Division (North) Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO Directorate General of Audit and Inspections Jammu, while Ashok Kumar, AAO, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of District Treasury Kathua has been posted as AAO Public Works (R&B) Division Kathua and Des Raj, AAO Public Works (R&B) Division Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO Chief Engineer, Project Wing, PDD Jammu.
Niazullah Sheikh, AAO, BDO Doda has been transferred and posted as AAO Public Works (R&B) Division Bhaderwah, while Satvir Singh Manhas, AAO, Public Works (R&B) Division Bhaderwah has been transferred and posted as AAO BDO Doda and Pardeep Kumar, AAO, Chief Engineer, Commercial Wing PDD Jammu has been transferred and posted as AAO Tube Well Irrigation Division Jammu.
Raj Kishore, Treasury Officer Pancheri has been transferred and posted as AAO Irrigation Division Udhampur, while Kuldeep Kumar, AAO Irrigation Division Udhampur has been transferred and will await further orders of adjustment in the office of District Treasury Officer Udhampur and Daleep Singh, AAO, BDO Ukhral (Ramban) has been transferred and posted as AAO BDO Lohai Malhar (Kathua).
Pardeep Kumar, AAO Budget Division Finance Department has been transferred and posted as AAO JDA, Amrish Sharma, AAO BDO Moungri has been transferred and posted as AAO BDO Mahanpur (Kathua) and Lekh Raj, BDO Mahanpur has been transferred and posted as AAO Ravi Canal Construction Division-I Kathua.
Ram Paul, AAO Ravi Canal Construction Division-I Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO, Codes Section, Finance Department, while Kali Dass, AAO, awaiting orders of adjustment in the office of District Treasury Officer, Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO Mechanical Division RTIC Kathua, Kamaljit Singh, AAO, Mechanical Division RTIC Kathua has been transferred and posted as AAO Chief Engineer, Commercial and Survey Wing Jammu, Surinder Kumar, AAO, BDO Panthal Reasi has been transferred and posted as AAO Treasury Officer Pancheri and Hamid Ali Alamgir, AAO, Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as AAO Chief Engineer, Civil Investigation Division, PDC Bemina Srinagar.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Rafi Andrabi, member of J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service has been promoted to the Super Time Scale and has been designated as Director General.
