JAMMU, May 12: Three women made an abortive bid to end their lives by consuming some poisonous substance at their respective homes.
As per reports, Bandu, wife of Bablu of RS Pura, Champa Rani, wife of Krishan Lal of Pouni, district Reasi and Gurjeet Kour, wife of Inderjeet Singh of Ramgarh allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at their respective residences.
All were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where their condition was stated to be stable, when last reports came in.
Cases have been registered at concerned police stations and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
