REASI, May 29: Three youth were killed and another one got critically injured when a Tata Mobile vehicle rolled down in a deep gorge at Dangakote near Tote, under the jurisdiction of Reasi Police Station, here today.
Two persons died on the spot while driver of the vehicle succumbed to his injuries at GMC Hospital Jammu.
The vehicle, bearing registration number JK14A-6077, was carrying ration for sale in Tote and other areas when it skidded off the road and rolled down in a deep gorge.
The deceased were identified as Kuldeep Singh (18), son of Raj Singh of Devigarh, Ballu (23), son of Shambu Nath of Devigarh and driver Kuldeep Singh (28), son of Sher Singh of Tote .
The injured, identified as Ajay Singh (18), son of Baldev Singh Charlakote, has been admitted in GMC Hospital Jammu and his condition was also stated to be critical.
The ill-fated vehicle got completely damaged in the accident that took place around 12 noon. Kuldeep Singh and Raj Singh died on the spot while driver Kuldeep Singh and Ajay Singh were shifted to local hospital where doctors referred both of them to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of their critical condition. However, after few hours, the driver also succumbed to his injuries.
