JAMMU, Dec 31: High Court today ordered transfers and postings of three Judicial Officers.
According to the order, Puneet Gupta, Chairman, Sales Tax Tribunal, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Special Judge, Anti-Corruption for CBI Cases Jammu vice Sanjay Dhar, whose services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his posting as Registrar Vigilance, High Court.
Rajeev Gupta, Additional District and Sessions Judge Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Budgam, in place of Mohammad Yousuf Wani, whose services have been placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his posting as Registrar Judicial, High Court, Srinagar Wing.
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, till further orders.
Abdul Majid Dar, CJM Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Sub Judge, Leave Reserve Post, High Court of J&K, Srinagar Wing.
Javed Alam, Sub Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate, Pulwama (under 13th Finance Commission), has been given the additional charge of Chief Judicial Magistrate Pulwama till further orders. The charge of Munsiff Court Shangus has been withdrawn from Munsiff Dooru and given to District Mobile Magistrate (T) Anantnag, with the direction to hold court at Shangus for two days in a week.
