3 injured in an explosion near encounter in Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Three people were injured when an explosive device went off near Hajan, where two militants were killed in an encounter with security forces on Thursday, official sources said here.          They said there was a blast when people were removing debris of a house which was blasted by security forces during the encounter.

A driver of JCB vehicle Tanveer Ahmad, Adil and Omar were injured in the blast. The injured have been rushed to local hospital, they said adding the cause of blast was being investigated.

However, it is believed that some unexploded explosive device had went off when the debris were being removed. (AGENCIES)
