REASI, Apr 9: Three forest officials, including a Block Officer (Forester) have been placed under suspension for their alleged corrupt practices in Pouni area of Reasi district.
Acting on the basis of complaints of corruption, Conservator of Forest (West) ordered suspension of Rajesh Gupta (Block Officer Pouni), Ramesh Kumar (Beat Guard Bharakh) and an Orderly Ramm Rattan (attached with Block Officer Pouni).
The accused officials were allegedly receiving briber for releasing trolleys etc in the forest area.
