3-day cyber security workshop begins at KV Sunjwan

JAMMU, Nov 28: Three-day workshop on Cyber Security, organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Jammu, was inaugurated at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sunjuwan, here today.
The inaugural function was graced by Deputy Commissioner KVS Regional Office Jammu, Sirimala Sambanna while Diggraj Meena, Assistant Commissioner KVS Regional Office Jammu, was guest of honour on the occasion.
Course Director Didar Singh, Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 Akhnoor, delivered the lecture on Cyber Security. This was followed by words of blessing and inspiration by   Deputy Commissioner Sirimala Sambanna, who focused on `Integration of Digitalization, responsibility of we citizen and need of cyber security to avoid cyber crime’.
Earlier, the inaugural function started with lighting of ceremonial lamp and Badge ceremony. Welcome address was presented by Principal Manish Tuli of  Kendriya Vidyalaya Sunjuwan.
Vote of thanks was presented by Sonika Chibb PGT Computer Science KV Sunjuwan.
The first day was organized with Internet Fundamentals, Information Security, Computer Ethics and Cyber Crime and Browser Security sessions by Divender Singh Oberoi and team. The entire workshop is focused on to train the society for awareness against the cyber crime.
