2 students booked for showing disrespect to National Anthem

RAJOURI, Nov 23: Two students of  Baba Gulam Shah Badshah University have been booked by police for showing disrespect to National Anthem.
The police said two students of the Varsity did not stand up when the National Anthem was being sung at a function, where J&K  Governor NN Vohra was the chief guest. It said that a case FIR No. 519 has been registered against them.
He said that some video clips also went viral last evening where these two students were shown sitting while entire administration, faculty  of  the Varsity, senior officers and even Governor were standing during that time. He said the boys are being identified  and action under law is being initiated against them.
