SRINAGAR, Jan 13: Two labourers were found dead under mysterious circumstances at Dalipora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district this morning.
Four persons, who were working as labourers, were found in unconscious state by the locals of the area inside a rented room at Dalipora village. All the persons were immediately shifted to nearby hospital where doctors declared two of them dead.
The deceased were identified as Nasir Ahmad Kalas son of Shah Ali Kalas and Mohd Ashraf Kalas son of Abdul Haleem of Abhama. The condition of the other two – Mohammad Amin and Riyaz Ahmad- is said to be stable.
After conducting all legal medico formalities, the bodies of the deceased were handed over to their families for last rites. The two died of suffocation due to the coal gas heater which they used to warm themselves last night.
