2 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, Jan 31: Two persons were injured in two different road accidents in North Kashmir on Thursday.
A police spokesman said a driver of a Maruti, JK04A-9516, was injured when his vehicle collided with a TATA 407 vehicle, JK01P-0237, at Zangam, Pattan in Baramulla district. The injured was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
A pedestrian, Fayaz Ahmad Mir son of Abdul Rahim of Sirajpora, was injured when a TaTa mobile, JK09-7316, hit him at Pahalpora-Magam in Handwara. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Handwara for treatment.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
