2 injured in mishaps

SRINAGAR, Nov 30: Two persons were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir valley today.
A police spokesman said a driver of a Maruti car, JK05C/7209, was critically injured when his vehicle turned upside down near Ahad Baba crossing in Noorbagh, Sopore.
The spokesman said the critically injured driver, Musadiq Bashir son of Bashir Ahmed Bhat of Krankshivan, Sopore, was shifted to SMHS, Srinagar for treatment.
A 50 year old woman, Khatoona Begum wife of Haji Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani of Hyen Trehgam, was hit and injured by a Tata Mobile, 11C20386 of 10 BCC Beacon, near Hyhama Bridge in district Kupwara. She was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The spokesman said cases have been registered in these accidents.
