Srinagar, Feb 1: Nineteen domestic animals were killed and two residential houses gutted in different fire incidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said two cows, two oxen, 15 sheep were charred to death when the cowshed of Mohammad Yaseen Sheikh son of Abdul Samad of Nambla in Uri, Baramulla, caught fire.
A residential house of Ghulam Nabi Pandith son of Mohammad Sultan at Rebben, Sopore, was partially damaged in another incident, the spokesman said.
