KATHUA, July 13: Two persons, one male and another female committed suicide under mysterious circumstances in Guda Kalyal area falling under Ramkote Police Post in Billawar, Sub Division of Kathua district today.
According to police the dead body of one Sapna Devi, 26, wife of Mohan Lal of Guda Kalyal was found by family this morning hanging with a ceiling fan in her room. The family after breaking the door took her to Billawar Hospital where doctors declared her as brought dead.
In the same area 500 metres away from Sapna’s residence, the dead body of 20 year old Naresh Kumar, S/O Rajinder Kumar was found who had consumed some poisonous substance. The dead bodies of both were handed over to respective families after postmortem. The Ramkot Police has registered a case under Section 174 and started investigation.
