KATHUA, Jan 31: Two motor cycle borne youth snatched a chain from a lady in Ward No 16 here today.
According to police two bike borne youth snatched a golden chain from one Satya Devi in Ward Number 16 when she was going to market. The people near by chased the bikers but they managed to escape. The Kathua Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law.
