KISHTWAR, Aug 25: More tha 2.20 lakh pilgrims paid obeisance at the revered shrine of Machail Mata since commencement of the yatra from July 25 this year.
As per official reports, 2,21,144 pilgrims including 94,859 males, 81,446 females, 44,701 children and 138 sadhus have performed darshan at Chandi Mata Dham since commencement of the yatra from July 25.
Tight security arrangements have been made by the administration. Vehicles of Police Party accompanied are accompanying the yatries.
The locals of Kishtwar have arranged langars, drinking water and other essential items en-route for devotees.
