13 officers transferred

JAMMU, Nov 13: The Government today ordered transfer and postings of 13 officers including two IAS and seven KAS.
Shahid Anayatullah, Commissioner, Survey and Land Records J&K, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/  Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, vice Shafiq Ahmed Raina.
Raina, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, holding additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, was transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, on full time basis.
The Government has ordered that Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, will hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Rubeena Kounser, Additional Secretary to the Government, Horticulture Department, under orders of transfer as ADDC, Budgam, was posted as Mission Director, ICPS, J&K.
Manzoor Ahmad Sofi, Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, has been transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Nasir Ahrnad Lone, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Verinag, has been  transferred and posted as Joint Director, Education (Central Kashmir), against an available vacancy.
Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Administrative Officer in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, under orders of transfer as Joint Registrar, Induscos, Handicrafts Department, was posted as Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, vice Manzoor Ahmad Sofi.
Natasha Kalsotra, Collector, Economic Reconstruction Agency, Jammu, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission.
Showkat Mehmood, Deputy Director, Tourism, Jammu, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been posted as Joint Director, Tourism, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Sushil Kumar Atri, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Samba, was transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Tourism, Jammu.
Kewal Kumar, Project Manager, IWMP, Doda, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department.
Aijaz Qaiser Malik, DPO, Samba, was transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Samba, vice Sushil Kumar Atri.
Kishore Singh, DSWO, Doda, under orders of transfer as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department, has been posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Doda, vice Kewal Kumar.
Mir Nasrool Hilal Jeri, under orders of transfer as Assistant Commissioner in the Commercial Taxes Department, Kashmir, was posted as Project Officer Wage Employment (ACD), Kulgam.
