JAMMU, Jan 12: Government today ordered promotion of 11 In-charge (I/c) Executive Engineers (XEns) and shifted three others.
According to the order, Anil Kumar Sharma, I/c Xen Irrigation Division 2nd Jammu, Jatinder Singh, I/c Xen WUCMA, Gh Hassan Gujree, I/c Xen Uri, Mohd Khalil Najar, I/c Xen, PHE Kulgam and Sudhir Kumar Gupta, I/c Shahpur Kandi Barrage under Government of Punjab, have been transferred and now they will look after the charge of SE RTIC Jammu, SE Budgam vice Sarban Singh, SE Hyd Baramulla, SE Anantnag and SE Shahpur Kandi, Government of Punjab, respectively.
Similarly, Ashwani Kumar Anand, I/c Xen in Tourism Department, Jan Mohd Wani (under orders of transfer to JKSPDC but not joined), Suresh Saberwal, I/c Xen JKSPDC, Arif Ahmad Mir, I/C Xen in Tourism department and Khalid Iqbal Malik, I/c Xen Irrigation Pulwama, have been transferred and now they will look after the charge of the post of SE Hyd Udhampur vice Jagdish Singh Chib, SE WUCMA, SE Fisheries against available vacancy, SE LAWDA and Director Technical Jhelum/Tawi Flood Recovery project, respectively.
Iftkhar Ahmed Kakroo (presently working as OSD to Minister for Social Welfare Department) shall continue as OSD to Minister for Social Welfare Department till further orders while Jagdish Singh Chib, I/c SE Hyd Udhampur, Satinder Rana, I/c SE RTIC Jammu and Sarban Singh, I/c SE Hyd Budgam, have been transferred and posted as I/c SE Hyd Jammu against available vacancy, I/c SE UEED Jammu and I/c DSE Kargil against available vacancy, respectively.
According to the order, the arrangement shall not confer any preferential right upon the officer to claim regularization against the higher post of SE which shall be done in accordance with the rules. This shall be subject to outcome of court case/departmental enquiry, if any, pending in the matter.
