JAMMU, Apr 12: As a part of promotion policy and to encourage workmanship in cadre, Inspector General of Police, GRP J&K Jammu, Rajesh Kumar, today ordered in-situ grade promotion to 10 head constables and 17 sergeant constables, who have completed nine years of satisfactory services and were found eligible for their in-situ promotion.
The promotions were approved by the departmental promotion committee of GRP HQRS J&K in terms of the principle guidelines/ criteria enshrined in SRO-14 with SRO-225.
