Contacts Engineer-Dubai Required for a reputed Oil/Gas company based in Dubai. Degree in an Engineering discipline or quantity Surveyor qualification with 8-10 years post qualification experience, ideally in the filed of Oil/Gas/Petrochemical operations or Contacting. Drilling experience would be an advantage. Key responsibilities include: Pre-qualification of companies for specific jobs. Conduct negotiations with contractors. Convene tender panel meeting and prepare recommendation for management. Prepare Letter of Acceptances for award of contract, contract document/work order. Co-ordination with various departments, consultant, contractors for contract implementation. Evaluation/recommendation for charge orders/final settlement and carry out contract close out.
