A leading and respected employer in Bahrain, ALBA now wishes to recruit the following personnel : Job Code : 161 The candidate must be able to work independently to design, develop and deliver training packages both for long term apprenticeship courses and short term plant/equipment/systern specific craft courses covering all aspects of theoretical and practical contents. The candidates must have a recognised university degree in Electrcal/Electric Power Engineering with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience at supervisory level in a large industrial complex or power stations of which a minimum of 3 years background as an instructor is essential. A post graduate diploma or certificate in teaching/training technique is a preferred additional qualification. An awareness of higher education resources and systems is a must. Age group 30-45 years. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Panel View, Motor Manager, Altivar, Transformers, Switchgears, Power generation and distribution equipments, Relay testing, and other advanced control-systems. 17 senior instructor power Work independently to design, develop and deliver Plant specific training packages for the nationals with the aim to develop them as power operators/engineers at ALBA power plant. Carry out regular assessments to evaluate trainees, performances through various competency assessment methods such as Alba Vocational qualifications.
