JAMMU, Oct 16: In a rarest of the rare cases, wherein a power connection was fraudulently obtained for a non-existing industrial unit and later sold to another industrial unit for rupees 35 lakh, the Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Justice V K Jhanji and Justice S K Gupta, in a significant order, has directed District Judge Vigilance of the High Court to hold a detailed enquiry into this entire matter.......more
