said that Government will enter into a dialogue with the

devolution of powers in consultation with the new

JAMMU, Oct 13: RSS-backed Jammu
State Morcha (JSM), which was floated
barely a month before Assembly elections
in the State, failed to enthuse the
voters even in the RSS stronghold of
Jammu City, mainly due to wrong selection
of the candidates. The Morcha, which
fought the election on single plank of a
separate State for Jammu, won a seat in
Bishnah and gave a tough fight to
Congress veteran Pt Mangat Ram Sharma in
Jammu West. However, in all other seats
it had to suffer a humiliating defeat
with its candidates failing to save their
